General conditions of the resevation contract

1 - The rental only becomes effective when approved by us and after we have received the rental contract accompanied by the down payment in the amount of 50 % + reservation fee + any options selected. A written confirmation will then be sent to you.

2 - All rentals are strictly personnal.The tenant will not be allowed to let or rent his/her location to anyone without the consent of the campsite managment.

3 - Rentals start and end on Saturdays: departure before 10 am; arrival after 4 pm.

4 - In case of late arrival or early departure, no refund will be guaranteed.

5 - Unless we receive a telegraphed message from the lessee stating that he has had to postpone his arrival date, the rental may be re-let 24 hrs after the arrival date designated in the rental contract, and payment in full for the reserved facilities shall nonetheless be required.Telephone messages are not permitted.

6 - DEPOSIT:

A deposit of 200 € will be required upon arrival and returned at the time of departure. However, any damages caused by the lessee will be deducted from the amount of said deposit.

7 - The balance remaining due for the stay must be paid upon arrival, when the keys are handed out.

8 - In the event of cancellation: the down payment and reservation fee will not be returned.

9 - The lessor reserves the right to cancel this contract in the event of force majeure (i.e. fire, accidental destruction, etc.), which makes it impossible for the lessor and the lessee to use the rental under normal conditions.

10 - An inventory will be taken on the arrival date and in the presence of the lessor and lessee before departure. If the lessee notices any irregularities, they must be declared within 24 hours. Once this time limit has passed, it will be presumed that the rental and interior fixtures were taken in good condition.

11 - Cleaning at the end of the stay is the responsibility of the lessee. The rental must be returned in perfectly clean condition. A lump sum of 40 will also be retained if the rental has not been cleaned prior to departure.

12 - Pets are accepted, limited to one per rental. They must be kept on a leash and the required health certificate must be presented. They must be taken outside the camp site to satisfy their basic needs.

13 - The rental fee includes the right to use the camp site's facilities and to participate in activities.

14 - Lessees must comply with the camp site's rules and regulations.

15 - Any dispute shall be submitted to the sole jurisdiction of the Courts of Grenoble.

General conditions of the reservation contract

1-The reservation only becomes effective after the manager’s agreement and after receipt of the reservation contract together with a down payment in the amount of 30% of the total price plus a 15 € reservation fee payable to the campsite. After the receipt of your deposit a written confirmation will be sent to you.

2-Free access to swimming pool. Unlimited hot showers.

3-Bookings are from 12 a.m. to 12 a.m. the following day.
If you leave after 12 p.m., you will be charged for an additional day.

4-The reception is open every day from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.

5-In case of later arrival or earlier departure than stipulated in the contract, you will be charged for each day reserved according to your contract at the current daily rate.

6- Payment: payment of your stay (down payment deducted) must be made the day before your departure at the latest.

7- We strongly recommend that you purchase a voluntary cancellation insurance at the cost of 10 € per stay.

8-In case of cancellation, the down payment, reservation fees and insurance fees will not be refunded.

9- In case of late arrival, we kindly ask you to notify us. After 24 hours, your reservation will be cancelled and the down payment will not be refunded.

10-All campers are asked to abide by the rules of the campsite. The rules are available in the reception area.

11- It is the camper’s responsibility to be insured. The Campground declines any responsibility in the case of theft, fire, bad weather and for any other incident that falls under the personal liability insurance of the camper.

12-Animals are admitted only on leash, and after compulsory presentation of a health certificate, the shot records and a tattoo. They must be taken outside the camp site to satisfy their basic needs.

13-In case of dispute, the Court of Grenoble will be solely competent.
